Maintenance Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify and resolve issues with buildings or products, proposing effective solutions tailored to the aesthetic hospital and clinic environment.
• Establish design standards to achieve international quality benchmarks, with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to oversee construction or production processes within the hospital and clinic settings.
• Supervise departmental engineers in the design and development of facilities or products specific to the healthcare industry.
• Manage and allocate work budgets, ensuring compliance with financial constraints.
• Lead the integration of new technologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality in healthcare services.
• Prepare and present monthly departmental reports to supervisors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Proven experience in planning and executing preventative maintenance plans.
• Proficient in conducting site inspections, particularly in healthcare facilities.
• Strong team management skills, with experience leading a team of 6 technicians.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
