General Manager (GM)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in hospital services and operations.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage the hospital's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop hospital team.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
• Implement quality assurance programs and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Address patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, suppliers, and the community.
• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of hospital facilities and equipment.
• Ensure the hospital environment is safe, clean, and conducive to patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the hospital's mission and goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an aesthetic or surgical hospital.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically in aesthetics and surgery.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
