General Manager (GM)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and enforce scalable operational frameworks (SOPs, policies, KPIs) across all operational and revenue-generating units.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous performance improvement.
• Lead day-to-day operations across all SLC entities, including hospitals and clinics.
• Drive seamless coordination and performance consistency across all locations.
• Implement and refine SOPs to ensure repeatable, auditable, and efficient operations, modeled on franchise or hospitality systems.
• Build and manage data-driven performance dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs, control costs, manage budgets, identify bottlenecks, and drive team accountability.
• Work closely with department heads (Medical, Construction, Marketing, HR, Finance) to align strategies and integrate shared services.
• Break down silos and ensure executional alignment across functions.
• Design and enforce internal control systems, operational audits, and contingency plans to ensure business continuity and risk mitigation.
• Develop a strong mid-management layer capable of operational execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Foster a culture of clarity, ownership, discipline, and measurable outcomes.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 10+ years of experience in operations or general management, in a senior leadership role managing multi-site or multi-entity organizations.
• Demonstrated success in implementing operational systems and enforcing compliance across distributed teams.
• Experience in franchise-style businesses, retail chains, hospitality, FMCG, or large healthcare networks preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems, financial dashboards, CAPEX/OPEX management, and strategic planning tools.
• Bilingual in Thai and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
