• • Design and Build Automations: Develop and maintain automated workflows using Zapier, n8n, MCP, and other automation frameworks or scripting solutions.
• • AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies such as predictive models, AI-driven analytics, and intelligent chatbots to improve productivity and provide better insights for decision-making.
• • System Connectivity: Connect and integrate various business systems and tools to ensure smooth data flow and automate cross-platform processes.
• • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with various departments to identify automation needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively.
• • Education and Documentation: Provide training, guidance, and clear documentation to help teams adopt and adapt to new automations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Proven experience with Zapier and other automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Integromat, MCP)
• • Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks, with the ability to implement or integrate them into business solutions
• • Solid knowledge of APIs and integrations, with the ability to manage data flows across business systems
• • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript (a plus)
• • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency
• • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams
• • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• • Background in data engineering, analytics, or machine learning operations.
• • Prior work in scaling automation across multiple departments or business units.
