Head of Supply Chain

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Build and execute an integrated supply chain roadmap covering procurement, warehousing, inventory control, distribution, interlab MRP planning, and retail replenishment.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and vendor management to secure optimal pricing, quality, lead times, and warranty terms.
• Drive commercial governance: demand forecasting, annual negotiation cycles, cost-down strategies, category management, and spend optimization.
• Oversee warehouse modernization initiatives including smart-warehouse tech (RFID, barcode automation, handheld terminals, digital pick/pack, WMS integration).
• Standardize warehouse layouts, pick paths, FEFO/FIFO, QC processes, packaging workflows, cycle counts, and audit practices across all sites.
• Coordinate closely with interlab manufacturing teams to ensure stable production flows, controlled material usage, and accurate MO closing.
• Oversee warehouse operations supporting online commerce, pick/pack automation, and timely fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on reliability, scalability, and cost reduction.
• Lead, coach, and develop procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to enhance execution, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, warehouse management, or manufacturing planning; 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, consumables, and retail/e-commerce supply chain.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and commercial governance.
• Experience with smart warehouse systems (WMS, RFID, automation tools).
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and digital supply chain platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
