• Advising clients on corporate & commercial law, mergers and acquisitions foreign investment and labor including litigation matter. • Preparing, drafting, reviewing and handling all types of corporate, investment, commercial contracts and legal document both Thai and English. • Liaising with private and government sectors to achieve assigned works • Representing client on litigation matter at the court. • Preparing and drafting all court documents. • Researching laws and regulations.
