ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการเงินและบีญชี (Financial & Accounting Manager)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare the annual budget, 12–18 month rolling financial forecasts, and cash flow projections, while conducting investment appraisals to evaluate cost-effectiveness. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly and annual accounting closes, and deliver accurate, timely financial statements and monthly performance reports broken down by Business Unit in compliance with accounting standards. Tax & Audit: Ensure fully compliant tax planning and payments, while serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax consultants. Internal Control & System Setup: Design internal control systems, establish Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrices, assess risks, and review operational processes to safeguard corporate assets and ensure data accuracy. Executive Analysis & Advisory: Prepare performance summaries and variance analyses (Budget vs. Actual), providing actionable financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of combined experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years at management level. Direct experience in import, retail, or inventory-based businesses. Experience in luxury goods or high-value products is a strong advantage. Registered accountant under Thai law; CPA qualification will be given special consideration. Proven ability to manage full-set financial statements and prepare Rolling Forecasts. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, particularly Financial Modeling, and strong proficiency with ERP systems. Good command of English.
