officer Account Payable ( 6 months contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Review the completeness and accuracy of the FA AP/ Freight/ Petty cash and Direct AP related supporting documents prior recording/ updating transaction in the system. -Record FA AP/ Freight/ Petty cash and direct AP detail in the system in accordance with accounting and group/ company policy and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the transaction record on a timely manner. -Reconcile the balance in the AP and Accrual subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the ledger. -Prepare input VAT and WHT reports for filing submission in accordance with the external regulatory requirements. -Prepare other AP relate reports and follow up on the outstanding matter. -Provide guidance to junior staff in relation to FA AP/ Freight/ Petty cash and direct AP processes and procedures

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields -At least 2 - 3 years working experience in Accounting (AP function) -Have used AX 2012 software will be a plus -Have knowledge in Fixed Asset is preferable -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point skills -Able to work under pressure and handling multi tasks -Good command in English is a must
