Advance Quality Manager (Lamphun Plant)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• New Product Quality Management System 1.Lead and manage to ensure all new product deliverables are completed on-time to the required quality level 2.Implement Advanced Quality strategy (in-line with PPT1), policy processes, Quality testing standards and KPIs based on company targets 3.Management of multiple new product launch execution across business. 4.Ensure new product launched meets design intent, prior to completed hand over to production and Final Quality Control. 5.Leading and work with Final Quality Control to develop, maintain and approve tolerance charts based on design intent and customer acceptance 6.Point of contact to issue testing request to Technical Develop PPT1 7.Implement and management testing standards (in line with Gemopolis) 8.Consolidate and ensure quality of testing report and integrity of the data 9.Identify risks, opportunities and process improvements within launch execution 10.Analysis root cause of low RTY and improve product quality for sell-in and campaign orders Production & Technical Development 1.Provide Quality support, consultation for where necessary 2.Data integrity, support and escalation of issues during launch/pre-production (report and escalate any quality issue) 3.Feedback quality issue and share lesson learned to development team to prevent future mistake. 4.Ensure all internal Launch and customer Advanced Quality Planning deliverables are completed on-time to the required quality level.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Bachelor’s or Master degree of Engineering, Science or related field 2.Minimum 4-year experience in Advance Quality System in manufacturing 3.Practical knowledge of Quality Engineering principles and tools such as APQP/FMEA/SPC/PPAP 4.Strong leadership, good management skills and supervision 5.Good self-organization, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 6.Good command of written and spoken English
