Brand Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee product development, innovation, and portfolio management to meet market demands and achieve business targets.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand growth and strengthen brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse/Logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate performance to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide brand direction and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with international partners to manage product information, commercial terms, order quantities, and promotional plans.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Brand Management or Product Management, with strong understanding of both marketing and sales functions.
• Experience in coordinating with international partners, with strong English communication skills for product planning, order quantities, and promotional alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast sales and translate insights into strategic action plans.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to problem-solve and manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
