Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies and product management by focusing on short-term and long-term business plans to meet sales revenue targets.
• Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for creative innovation.
• Collaborate with media, KOLs, and partners to drive marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Demonstrate leadership ability in managing teams to achieve high performance and results.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms, and SEO/SEM.
• Commercial awareness.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum efficiency and impact.
• Candidates with experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, or streetwear will be highly preferred.
