หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with the buying team to plan and select product assortments based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales forecasts.
• Manage inventory levels and product allocations to optimize sell-through and minimize excess inventory.
• Monitor product performance and sales trends, identifying best-sellers and underperforming items, and making recommendations for markdowns, promotions, or replenishment.
• Work closely with visual merchandisers to ensure effective product presentation and visual displays that drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, provide feedback, and address any merchandising-related issues.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform merchandising strategies and product assortments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Others tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail math, inventory management principles, and merchandising concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality merchandising standards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Good English communication.
• Candidates with Business Chinese communication skills will be given special consideration.
