Brand Manager & Merchandiser

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work directly with overseas brand owners/principals to manage brand strategy, product assortment, and marketing plans for the local market.
• Plan and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and achieve sales targets in the local market.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and inventory data to optimize product assortment and maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and retail teams to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and merchandising performance to ensure the right products are available at the right stores and time.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or fashion retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and inventory data.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี โดยเฉพาะการทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าของแบรนด์หรือพาร์ตเนอร์จากต่างประเทศ
• Strong English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions).
• Punctual, responsible, and with a positive attitude.
