Merchandiser

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and manage product from concept - sample - production - delivery.
• Coordinate and negotiate with local and international factories to control cost, MOQ, lead time, and product quality.
• Analyze and calculate costing, pricing, and margin to align with business targets.
• Plan raw material purchasing and ensure production processes are completed within timeline.
• Track production status and resolve issues such as delays or quality problems.
• Collaborate with Design, Buying, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop products that meet market needs
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to support forecasting and assortment planning.
• Manage inventory and production planning to align with demand.
• Source and develop new suppliers and factories, both locally and internationally.
• Prepare related documents such as PO, BOM, cost sheets, and reports.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• ปริญญาตรีในสาขา Fashion, Textile, Business, Supply Chain หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ Merchandiser / Production / Sourcing อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ deal โรงงาน Overseas จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• เข้าใจ BOM, Costing, MOQ, Lead time และ Production process
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง (Negotiation) และการประสานงานที่ดี
• สามารถใช้ Excel (เช่น Pivot, VLOOKUP) ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ใช้ติดต่อ supplier ต่างประเทศ)
