หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Inventory & Buying Monitor stock levels across all brands, SKUs, and channels Manage reorder cycles, slow-movers, and markdown strategy OTB planning with buyers and merchandisers Manage international brand orders, lead times, and shipments Product development input for in-house labels = sample reviews, line planning.
• Manage relationships with international brand principals. Curate and maintain wholesale and buyer accounts. Manage collaborations and key accounts. Coordinate cross-brand initiatives within ULG.
• Marketing Run seasonal marketing calendar across all brands Oversee content, social, PR, and event activations Own marketing budget per brand = spend, trade spend, events.
• Operations & Service Improve store and channel operations (SOPs, training, VM) Run regular service audits across retail and wholesale Resolve gaps between warehouse, retail, and online Maintain VM standards per brand Oversee sustainability and sourcing standards.
• Customer & CRM Own customer database, loyalty, and repeat-rate growth Identify cross-brand customer opportunities.
• Growth & Opportunities Identify new revenue streams (channels, products, markets, collabs) Evaluate new brand additions or distribution opportunities Track competitor movement and category trends Propose and lead growth initiatives.
• Team Manage and develop retail, marketing, and ops team members.
• Performance & Reporting Own P&L per brand: revenue, margin, sell-through Weekly/monthly portfolio reporting to leadership Report performance to international brand principals as required.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Proven experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brands, with strong understanding of brand management and market trends.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including experience in buying, inventory planning, and P&L management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work with international brand partners and cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English communication.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
