Merchandiser (Clothing and Fashion Products)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Product Development & T&A — Manage the timeline according to the Master T&A, coordinate with Designer/Buyer, follow up on Tech Pack, BOM, specifications, fabric, trims, and colors, including Proto, Fit Sample, and PPS. Monitor delays and propose recovery plans.
• Supplier & Factory — Act as the main coordinator with factories and suppliers, follow up on material availability, MOQ/MCQ, and lead time, and support negotiations on costs and production terms.
• Costing — Prepare and manage product costing, including fabric, trims, CM/CMT, and packaging. Compare quotations, identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, and coordinate with the Buyer regarding quantities and PO placement.
• Sample & PPS — Follow up on sample approvals, including fit, workmanship, color, print, embroidery, fabric, and trims. Ensure that PPS is 100% approved before bulk production begins.
• Production Follow-Up — Handover to the Production Controller after PPS approval and support the follow-up of material readiness, bulk production, production issues, and timelines, as well as coordinate with QA/QC.
• Shipment & Launch — Coordinate with the Production Controller and Logistics regarding shipment, and provide approved samples to Marketing for photoshoots, KOL/Seeding, and E-commerce. Ensure that goods arrive at the warehouse at least 10 days before the launch date on the 12th.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Apparel, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in garment merchandising, product development or apparel production.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric, trims, sample development and production processes.
• Experience managing Tech Pack, BOM, costing, samples, PPS, production and shipment follow-up.
• Good knowledge of garment costing, MOQ/MCQ and supplier negotiation.
• Strong planning and T&A management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with factories and cross-functional teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Excel and merchandising/product tracking systems.
