IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide technical support for staff.
• Setup PC/laptop for new staff, including software installation and user account creation
• Manage staff email and user accounts, e.g. Office 365
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by staff, e.g. no internet connection, the printer can’t print
• Provide first-level technical support for system and application issues faced by staff and customers.
• Configure and support IT equipment in offices and studios
• Routers (CISCO) and wireless access points / IPSec VPN configuration / Printers and copiers / POS systems / Fingerprint scanners
• Manage IT assets
• Assist to procure IT equipment, e.g. laptop, mouse, monitor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • New graduates are welcome . .
• • At least 1 year of relevant experience in providing IT support will be a bonus
• • Able to communicate in the English language. (Communication Level)
• • Able to communicate with users in a friendly and helpful manner
• • Experience in audio-video equipment setup will be a plus.
• • Experience in administration for Cloud services (e.g. AWS, Office 365) will be a bonus.
