หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: IT helpdesk, system support and Regional project 1. Company System Support (CDK Autoline): - Build up knowledge of business operations to be able to provide advice to the business in the usage of Company system and be the Point-of-Contact with outsource system consultant - Responsible for Company system tasks including; Account Creation & User Role Permissions assignment, User Setup, Data Maintenance, Report Generator, Monitoring of End-of-Day and End-of-Month Process 2. General IT Support - Providing Level 1 Support for PC/Laptop, network and general application issues. - Working with the appointed vendor(s) to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Managing support contracts with external vendors (where applicable) - To maintain CCTV, and the hardware equipment which are company asset in the office and server room - Arrange training for end user about IT such as IT Orientation, IT Security and any training when got assigned from Regional. 3. Regional Information Systems - Learning and adopt regional best practices for IT for Thailand - Working with Regional Infrastructure Team to implement regional IT project, network standards and Group IT Policy. - Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands - Responsible for Cyber training for all employees as it is a part of Group IT Policy.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computer, Computer Science or related field - At least 3-years experience in a field - Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously - Good communicator in both Thai and English (Direct report to Hong Kong) - ERP system, Servers, Hardware and Software maintenance skills are a must - Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, Firewall) - Knowledge of Windows Server, Active directory, Symantec Endpoint - Able to develop good working relationship internally and externally - Driven for success and work well under pressure
