หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage customer database within Salesforce and CDK Autoline system - Map and monitor customer journey through Salesforce system for the entire customer life cycle from purchase to aftersales - Analyze trends of leads/ customers generation through various segmentation and make appropriate commercial recommendations - Automate or semi-automate existing operational process to increase efficiency through systems utilization such as Macro Excel, Salesforce customer journey, etc. - Develop data dashboard through Power BI to analyze specific situation and progress - Consolidate market trends/ sales data and generate report for management - Act as Salesforce Champion to ensure that all users are fully utilizing the system and maintaining the standards

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• NECESSARY SKILL: - Advanced Microsoft Office Excel: Macro VBA & Power Query - Microsoft Office Power BI Skills that would be advantage: - Salesforce - CDK Autoline - RPA or any data consolidation software QUALIFICATION: - Thai nationality - Bachelor's or higher in any field - Proficiency of Data literacy - At least 3 years experience in customer data analytic, data management or related - Fluent in English (communication, written) - Driven for success and work well under pressure and VUCA world
