Marketing Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1) Marketing Communication Management - Plan, execute and monitor brand’s marketing communications materials both online and offline for all brands (JLR, TATA, Bravo and Inchcape). - Develop communication materials to reach marketing objectives both internally and externally within the organization. - Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines. - Be the expert for all brands under company requirements, standards, style & branding. - Track project performance, specifically to analyze the success and completion of short and long-term goals. - Establish and maintain good relationships with team, colleagues, and third parties/vendors. 2) Digital Marketing - Plan & develop communication materials of products to reach marketing objectives both internally and externally within the organization. This involves advertising and public relations through websites, social media, marketing emails, GDN, SEO-SEM and e-commerce. - Able to analyze performance and metric data to provide actionable recommendations for optimization. - Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop communications. - Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns on a regular basis. Analyze and prepare campaign performance reports. 3) Event Management - Plan and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success. - Ensure smooth and proactive organization of joint parties. 4) Support - Process all document for marketing and PR purpose, such as Purchase order, invoices and claim process. - Coordinate with suppliers for the guideline of document process

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s or Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role. - Online marketing tool; Social Media tool, Adobe Analytics, -Media buying knowledge. - Highly detail-oriented and meticulous in campaign planning and execution. - Experience in managing and leveraging social media platforms and e-commerce platforms. - Proactive problem-solving skills - Strong communication skill - Creative and hard working - Driven for success and work well under pressure. - Able to work outside office (based on event activities) - Background in automotive business is a plus. - Fluently English, for all Reading, Writing and Speaking
