Distribution Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Shipping & Inventory management
• -Recheck car arrival date, incoming car, and remaining car in agency’s warehouse.
• -Recheck and follow up shipment schedule including related shipping documents with OEM.
• -Apply the cargo insurance for CFR shipment via freight forwarder and follow up insurance policy. -Recheck and confirm HS code with freight forwarder (In case new car order). -Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarder for clearing shipment.
• -Recheck the retail price of stock cars for releasing cars from free zone area.
• -Apply Excise Tax for each car for processing tax payment. -Recheck custom exchange rate and internally discuss for making decision of releasing car and tax payment.
• -Recheck data in Autoline system vs Actual shipment.
• -Update and monitor Stock locator function in local JLR’s website.
• -Upload E27 & Vista stock into Stock dashboard.
• -Update and submit stock report; daily (if there is new booking), weekly.
• -Manage cars delivery from warehouse to showroom efficiently. Homologation and compliance -Monitor and control the import license (M5), QR code, and Eco Sticker for incoming cars.
• -Process/Request Import license (M5), QR code via TISI website for incoming cars.
• -Prepare the certificate for applying ECO sticker.
• -Process DLT type of approval.
• -Monthly meeting with the Automotive Industry Working Group 004, 001. -Monitor rules and regulation for homologation process such as Emission Standard (EU5 and EU6), new regulation of type approval. -Monitor & update the certificates and test report.
• -Check the HS code and import duty tax for new products.
• -Coordinate with supplier for Homologation cost and process.
• -Coordinate with Government officers (TISI, DLT, OCPB, Excise, Customs Department) for related issues. Others
• -Generate monthly reports to Inchcape. (Emission & Variant Deliveries for Power BI) -Generate monthly market share report to JLR. -Take care of Car configuration on JLR website.
• -Support sales team in product and stock details.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• - At least 2 years’ experience in automotive business.
• - At least 2 years’ experience in shipping management or inventory management field.
• - Knowledge on Homologation or government compliance will be advantage.
• - MS Office; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
• - Good command of English.
• - Strong communication skill.
