• Job Highlights Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, 10 years for Bachelor's degree, 5 years for Master's degree of experience working in IT operations Experience leading and managing IT projects Job Description Responsibilities: 1) To be responsible ERP system 2) To work and support closely with users 3) To collaborate with vendor to develop ERP system 4) To develop business process improvement to other Departments 5) To lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of IT systems and services 6) To monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure and Software 7) To help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes 8) To analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions 9) To develop test strategies for hardware and software 10) To work with Vendor to Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or a related field, or equivalent experience Good command of English both spoken and written English 10 years for Bachelor's degree, 5 years for Master's degree of experience working in IT operations. Experience leading and managing IT projects Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with an understanding of the Financial Side of the Business Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
