1.Responsible to follow up and arrange the billing to collect payments with customers 2.Reconcile account receivables - E-commerce (Lazada and others), wholesale and Consignment sale against sales order and customer’s data and post billing into system for Sale recognition 3.Record receives payment against bank statements 4.Provide Bank and income reconciliation 5.Update weekly account receivable and aging report 6.Provide weekly, monthly sales report and gross profit 7.Prepare Input- output vat reports and recheck with the system and submit to Revenue Department within timeline 8.Preparing data for month-end closing 9.Coordinate with cross functional departments on accounting issues, 10.Other work assigned by Manager
