หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Scope of Job Description • Reconcile consignment inventory in timely manner • Consignment stock counting on site • Prepare Purchase Order of Consumable goods • Prepare PUI sheet for take products back from VMI • Receive and transfer products from VMI (RA) in the system • Alignment with Sales Order team, for on time delivery • Coordinate with Consigned team for Sale report and CN process • Being a contact person on Consumable goods at Warehouse • Petty cash control for warehouse • Monitors demo clubs and perform physical count on those clubs every 3 months • Monitors products block and unblock for issue order • Transfer product for issue order Month End Report • VMI monthly inventory trend report • Stock consignment report • Stock count report • Consumable trend report • Petty cash report • Schedule stock count Qualification Bachelor Degree in related field Has experience 2-3 years in Inventory Management Knowledge on SAP, Formula System is preferred English as a second language is a plus, but not necessary
