Claim Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and coach claim team to complete the outstanding claim requests - Work closely with clients, insurance companies, and loss adjuster companies. - Share information among account management and accounting teams to make sure that claims are dealt with according to the content of each policies and ensure an accuracy of all claims payments. - Aware of clients’ concerns to make sure that the clients receive the better services in dealing with their claims. “Excellent customer service is the key” - Keep accurate records, prepare and analyze monthly claims report including comments and propose actions plan provided. - Take responsibility for the department’s productivity and target achievement - Any other job functions assigned by supervisor that deem to be necessary.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. 3-5 years’ experience in commercial line insurance claims 2. Have experience in working with Loss adjustor firms or claim department of insurance companies will be the advantage 3. Good command in Thai and English communication particularly in reading and writing 4. Good attitude, think positive and good service mind are necessary 5. Competent in Lotus Note, Microsoft office and all relevant programs
