Legal Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Advise, draft, review and negotiate on agreements and legal documents with all legal aspects to make sure that fulfill all legal obligations to the company and all affiliates such as property management agreement, service agreement, agency agreement, construction management, NDA,SPA, SHA and related matters.
• Monitoring, renewing, and ensuring all legal documents, permits & licenses are valid and complied with concerned laws & regulations.
• Liaise with external parties and government authority on license, permit and other legal issues.
• Review the progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
• Acting as company secretary duty for organizing, preparing agendas for ,taking minutes, and writing reports of board of directors meeting and shareholders meeting.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• At least 5 years of legal from real estate or property
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Have a Lawyer’s License
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail–oriented and able to work under pressure
