หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Assist with all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Consol, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. • Manage timely and accurate reporting of daily sales reports, monthly management accounts, quarterly forecast, yearly budget, variances reports and other requested financial information to regional/corporate office/Management/Head Franchisor • Assist with pre-opening financial cost tracking to include project cost (capex and opex), and the analysis and reporting • Assist with payment signatory processes and purchase processes • Monitor cash flow, and control working capital • Assist to interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities. • Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement. • Assist with the management of and compliance with local, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. • Support month-end and year-end close process. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. • Assist with cost and inventory control, supporting the Cost Controller. • Any additional duties assigned by the Financial Controller.
