Manager - Commercial & Business Development

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Build and maintain strong clients/partners relationships through regular communication and follow-ups;
• Serve as the key point of contact for commercial inquiries, proposals, and negotiations in the Thailand market;
• Lead the compilation and preparation of commercial proposals, bids, tenders, and pre-qualification documents
• Ensure timely and complete responses to all client questionnaires, RFQs, RFPs, and tender requirements with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance;
• Understand clients/partners’ goals and requirements, providing solutions aligned with Company offerings;
• Coordinate closely with Malaysia HQ for vessel availability, pricing strategy, operations support, and contract execution;
• Resolve clients/partners’ complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience;
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and service updates to clients/partners as needed;
• Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements;
• Maintain accurate records of commercial interactions, pipeline, and opportunities;
• Provide regular commercial reports, forecasts, and updates to Malaysia HQ in professional English;
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and service standards; and
• Other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior/Management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven track record in commercial, sales, or business development roles within ship chartering, offshore support vessels (OSV), or oil & gas marine services (minimum 1 years preferred);
• Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is mandatory for effective local relationship building and negotiations;
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for reporting to Malaysia HQ, contract drafting, and international communication;
• Client management/relationship building skills;
• Ability to negotiate is vital as this is a principal skill requirement in Ship Chartering;
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Software applications, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications;
• Friendly attitude and strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and quick thinking are essential;
• Possess a mature personality with interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Confident and comfortable handling with confidential data and strong passion for accuracy and detail-oriented; and
• Knowledge in account management, finance & good business practice market (Customers, Competitors, Suppliers) is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice; and
• Candidate must be Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision
