• Job Description Position: Windows and VMware Administrator/ PC Support Experience: 2 – 3 years Duties and Responsibilities: Work as part of a team delivering critical software patches, update releases, and security fixes to Windows Servers and VMware hosts. Provide 1st and 2nd Level Support administering and managing Virtual Machines and Window servers 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 2019 operating Systems. Provide Incident and Problem Management Support, including Remote Desktop Support for client Impacting incidents and troubleshooting complex problems to fix root cause. Applying Windows Update Patches every month with help of WSUS. Troubleshoot VMware issues and Administer Disk Capacity and File Sharing related issues. Troubleshooting alerts and providing resolution based on alert description while maintaining customer SLA. Perform routine vCenter and Data Store Clean-up. Perform Site shutdown for any Planned or Power maintenance activity. Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory and related services Monitor system performance and provide performance statistics and reports upon request Experience with server performance tuning and monitoring tools. Perform to manage Veritas Backup Exec configuration and perform server backups and recovery procedures. Perform to manage Microsoft Exchange Server and Mailbox Creating document for changes applied to servers. Provide Remote Desktop and onsite support for customer PCs and Notebooks including OS, Microsoft Office, Email Enhance customer satisfaction by responding to all customer issues and resolve up to SLA. Implement diagnostic tools to optimize troubleshooting and deriving faster root cause analysis and improve software patching, update releases, and security fixes.

• Skills Requirement: Technical/Key Skills: Microsoft - Windows Server 2003, 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016 2019 VMware - VMware vSphere, VMWare vCenter 5.5/6, VMware vSphere client, VMware Update Manager, VMware HA Minimum 2 years of strong knowledge in Windows Administration Minimum 2 years of strong knowledge in Active Directory and GPO, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 or later Minimum 1 years of strong knowledge in VMware Administration Preferred to have any Microsoft and VMware certification Familiarity with TCP/IP network protocols and operating system configuration Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management Language Skills: Fluent in Thai Good command / good working knowledge in English. Personal attribute: Must be a Strong work as a team with ethic and positive attitude, clear focus on customer satisfaction. Good communication in interpersonal, organizational skills and customer service skills Education: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or Science in Computer
