หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Produce post-paid subscriber bills which effectively comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) resulting in customer satisfaction and Provide advice and technical support to business 1. Individual Operation - Perform generate bills within Billing SLA - Analysis Billing defects in Bill QA/Production Process - Monitoring Billing Job and related job on Billing Process and handled tasks as per Bill Cycle within Billing SLA - Develop and Implement inhouse billing jobs - Improvement Billing Process -Support and stand up job and Production Issue 24X7 days Output: We can provide collectly Invoice within SLA 2. Develop and Support - Develop ,implement and support in-house billing applications 3. Project/CR Assignment - Join All Project/CR that impact to Billing Process - Support Business requirement - Test and Validate UAT test Result - Monitoring after deployed to Production base of instruction document 4. Ticket/SR/Other - Support case via Remedy Ticket and email that is customers complaint - Support all case customers wrong charging on CCBS System 5. UR -Support All request via User Request Form -UR to support all project or all CR

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Qualification :Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. - Experience : 3 years up in System Analysis - Certification : System Analysis Design and Support Personal Skill Required: - A good problem-solving attitude - Initiative and self-confidence - The ability to learn quickly - A logical approach to problem solving - Basic English communication - Teamwork & Collaboration - Positive Thinking Technical Skill Required: - System Analyst - Basic Programming (1. PL/SQL | Shell Script 2. PHP/HTML 3. Visual C# / Java 4. MongoDB)
