หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Positive and can-do attitude. •Identifies, manages, and resolves IT issues in a timely manner. •Provides IT support for application and hardware to customers. •Assists user day-to-day functionality and efficiency. •Responds to customer’s request effectively and communicates with them to address issues both face to face and remote support. •Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. •Configures, installs, and maintains software systems, applications, and hardware. •Understand IT management software. •Inventory management of IT devices. •Manage coordination with local and international teams. •Provides IT on/off boarding support to users. •Deliver regular and customized training to customers. •Documenting processes and monitoring application performance proactively. •Have good English skills both oral and written communication.
