Senior System Engineer (Contact Center)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• System engineer (contact center) are responsible for designing, installing, configuration and managing service the contact center system to customer. We are focusing Contact Center and Telephony solution. (Genesys, Amazon connect). Responsibilities • Design, planning and implementation of new projects for customer. • Manages and operates Contact Center and Telephony Platforms. • Conduct of applications and servers performance tuning, analytics and troubleshooting investigations. • Manage projects, incidents and daily operation tasks. • Coordinate with external vendor and internal teams. • Participate in the selection, installation and maintenance of all hardware, system software and network related components crossing many platforms and operating systems. • Ensure accurate problem resolution records by updating and/or closing problem incident records. • Provide research, recommendations and oversee implementation of new projects.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 5+ years of experience on Genesys Engage Contact Center Application and Genesys Cloud Platform. • Knowledge, experience and understanding of Telephony, Voice over IP. • Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to interact with business and technical teams to understand requirements. • Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, VMware and Hyper-v • Excellent troubleshooting skill, capable to break down issues into application or OS level • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and multi-tasking environment. • Thai native speaker. • Good English skills – must be able to communicate in English and be willing to improve. • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player. It’s great if you have: • Programming skill. • Technical skill in SBC.
