Application Support (อารีย์)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1–3 years of experience in application support, IT operations, system support, or a related role.
• Incident investigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze logs, system behavior, and error messages.
• Basic SQL skill for data checking and issue validation.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools and operational dashboards.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document issues, workarounds, and support procedures clearly.
• Time management and prioritization skills for handling multiple issues.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate appropriately.
• Knowledge of scripting such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with middleware, API Gateway, or integration platforms.
• Understanding of system performance, job scheduling, and deployment support.
• Experience in service improvement and support process enhancement.
• Roles and responsibilities are System & DBA administration and Programmer Analyst
