• Job Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst with QA capability to support multiple digital system initiatives running in parallel. This role focuses on requirement analysis, scope control, coordination with development teams, and quality assurance to ensure that delivered systems meet business needs and agreed requirements. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis ● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders ● Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria ● Maintain requirement documentation and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle ● Control scope and manage change requests ● Work closely with developers and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities ● Defi ne Acceptance Criteria aligned with Technical Standards Project Coordination ● Coordinate and track progress across multiple initiatives running in parallel ● Support planning, timeline tracking, and milestone monitoring ● Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary ● Prepare regular progress updates and status reports Quality Assurance (QA) ● Create test scenarios and test cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria ● Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) ● Validate delivered features against agreed requirements ● Log, track, and follow up on defects with the development team ● Support re-testing and readiness checks before production release

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifi cations & Experience ● 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst ● Hands-on experience in QA, testing, or UAT activities ● Experience with digital systems such as web applications, platforms, CRM, or integrated systems ● Ability to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously Required Skills ● Strong requirement analysis and documentation skills ● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) ● Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and databases ● Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams ● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Able to manage scope and quality under time constraints Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) ● Experience with Agile or Hybrid development methodologies ● Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confl uence, ClickUp, or similar ● Experience reviewing or working with system prototypes (e.g., Figma) ● Experience defi ning and optimizing user journeys and conversion fl ows on digital platforms, CRM.
