• Position: Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead (Full Stack) Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Software Developer / Technical Lead to lead hands-on development, guide junior developers, and ensure high-quality delivery of web-based systems. This role focuses on technical execution, code quality, and system integration, working closely with a Business Analyst to deliver solutions that meet defi ned requirements. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership ● Lead day-to-day development activities and provide technical guidance to the development team ● Review technical designs and implementation approaches ● Break down functional requirements into technical tasks and development plans ● Coordinate closely with the Business Analyst to clarify requirements and priorities Software Development ● Develop and maintain backend services using C# (.NET Core) ● Develop and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript / JavaScript with Next.js ● Design and implement RESTful APIs and system integrations ● Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core ● Work with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL) including schema design and query optimization Quality & Delivery ● Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards ● Write and review unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability ● Support QA and UAT activities by fi xing defects and clarifying technical issues ● Ensure deliverables meet agreed functional and quality requirements

• Qualifi cations & Experience ● 4 - 6 years of professional software development experience ● Experience in a senior developer or technical lead role ● Proven experience delivering production systems end-to-end Required Technical Skills ● Strong experience with C# (.NET Core) ● Solid experience with TypeScript and JavaScript, preferably Next.js ● Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases ● Experience using Entity Framework Core ● Experience writing and maintaining unit tests ● Profi ciency with Git or equivalent version control systems Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) ● Experience working in Agile or Hybrid development environments ● Experience with Docker and container-based development ● Basic knowledge of NGINX or reverse proxy confi guration ● Familiarity with application deployment and runtime troubleshooting ● Awareness of basic security and performance considerations Soft Skills ● Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams ● Responsible, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset ● Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
