1. Onsite Support and Daily System Maintenance Provide technical support to customers (Frontline Support). Monitor and check the system daily. Provide guidance on using and configuring the Tencent Cloud TCE system. 2. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution Analyze and resolve system issues. Coordinate with relevant teams to expedite resolution. Prepare Cause and Solution (RCA) reports. 3. Monitoring and Health Check Monitor system status and platform performance. Perform routine inspections and check system capacity. Provide proactive risk alerts. 4. Alert & Incident Management Manage system alarms and events. Analyze and prioritize issues. Support emergency situations and help restore system functionality as quickly as possible. 5. Change and Patch Management Implement configuration changes according to the change process. Install patches and update software within the existing version. Reduce risks that may affect system availability. 6. Backup and Documentation Verify the accuracy of backups. Prepare monthly reports. Update the operation & maintenance manual and emergency response plan.
