Network Engineer (พระราม 3)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Design, deploy, and support enterprise network and security solutions. - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and outages, and plan upgrades to maximise availability and efficiency - Define, implement, and enforce security policies and access controls. - Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users during installations, and resolve post-installation faults. - Act as technical lead for LAN and network security with the regional European region team. - Produce and maintain technical documentation. - Lead network and security technology refresh projects, evaluate technical options, and optimise costs. - Establish safeguards to protect data in transit and manage user/device access rights in line with corporate security policies. - Set performance thresholds, perform tuning, and build monitoring dashboards covering availability, performance, traffic, and security metrics. - Handle incident resolution, escalations, and participate in on-call rotation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience working as an infrastructure network/system engineer. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and security principles. Proven experience configuring and implementing IT products (e.g., network, cloud, security software, etc.). Strong understanding of network security concepts and products, including firewalls, VPNs, redundancy and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences. A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset. Strong sense of service-mind and customer-oriented.
