หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Establish and maintain Safety Health and Environment system to comply with international standard.
• Provide Safety, Health, and Environment report and contact to regulatory.
• Training Safety, Health, and Environment supervision and provide knowledge to employees.
• Attend all staffs and contractors to work in compliance with company safety manual.
• Ensure that the Contractor Control, Pest Control, Chemical Handling and Waste Management Procedure are in control.
• Manage, monitor and enhance Occupation Safety, Health & Environmental impact reduction programs / initiatives at the plant level, ensuring alignment with Group SHE programs to maintain consistency in implementation
• Design and execute site-specific SHE initiatives aligned with the Plant SHE improvement roadmap
• Implement Plant SHE policies and ensure on-time and on-target delivery of initiatives according to Group SHE roadmap
• Community complaints management and Environment Impact Reduction initiative implementation
• Other assigned by CEO.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years experience as a Safety Supervisor or in a related safety role, preferably in the specific industry.
• Relevant safety certifications are highly desirable.
• Good English communication skill
• Can working base on Soi thonlor 23
• 6 days working
