• Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes and objectives.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending software solutions to streamline operations.
• Functional Specifications: Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and use cases that define system behavior and features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, designers, and project managers to ensure that software projects align with business goals and are developed to meet user needs.
• User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets business requirements and expectations
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify opportunities for refinement and enhancement.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Relevant experience in roles such as Software Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, requirements gathering, and documentation practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Proficiency in creating documentation, including process flow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories.
