Application Support (IT Co)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Understand application team infrastructure requirement and co-ordinate with infrastructure team to perform infrastructure change - Prepare system for test and production environment - e.g. system setup, user setup, control-m - Coordinate networking operation - e.g. firewall, load-balance, certificate - Coordinate system maintenance - e.g. backup, monitoring, housekeeping - Develop and manage plan to coordinate system maintenance - Lead and coordinate change and application deployment - Have Software Development Skill will be advantage (Optional) - Be able to understand and help setup KBTG CI/CD flow for automated application deployment - Be able to suggest infrastructure best practice design for both on-premise and on-cloud

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Previous working experience as IT coordinator or similar role - Experience in network management and help desk support is appreciated - In-depth knowledge of a variety of IT systems, databases and applications - Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration - Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex IT issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities - Information Technology, Computer Science or similar relevant field - Any relevant additional certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage
