หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, and work plans for software projects. Prepare workflow systems and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent project advancement.
• Team Management: Lead the software development team and related stakeholders to collaborate effectively. Foster a productive team environment, ensure the right skills are in place, and support the development process.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report project progress to management and stakeholders. Address and resolve issues and obstacles that may arise, ensuring the project stays on track.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and expenses according to project scope and requirements.
• Communication: Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels between the development team, relevant departments, and management. Ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate team and project performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. Continuously strive for process optimization.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software project management.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in software development processes.
• Knowledge of project management principles, including planning, tracking, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
• Knowledge of business principles and customer requirements understanding.
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment and manage complex situations.
