JOB SUMMARY Accountable for in-centre salon management, sales & operations to achieve productivity or goals set by the company. JOB DESCRIPTION - Accountable for centre Sales Performance, capacity and couch occupancy. - Assign sales target to team members. - Monitoring staff development progress and orientation process of new staff. - Responsible for overall team management with respect to team engagement, driving processes and discipline. - Managing couch occupancy efficiently, capacity, and individual staff productivity. - Analyzing centre inventory, stock movement, and forecast in align with company goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree. - At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field experience. - Good complexion. - Preferably has experience in Salon Management, Spa Management, Beauty Clinic Management. - Computer literate. - Command and written in English and Thai. - Good team player, people and leadership skill. - Able to give clear direction to her/his team mate and strong execution as well as follow-up skill - Able to travel.
