Training Manager (เขาสก จ. สุราษฎร์ธานี)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Identify and analysis future and current training needs. •Plan training after consult with line manager. •Drawing an overall or individualized training for all employees. •Deploying training methods that proper with our employees. •Monitor and evaluate training program. •Enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work. •Support/suggest all dept. for solving problem.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Male/Female aged 30 – 45 years. 2. Bachelor Degrees in Human Resource or Tourism management or related. 3. Have experience in training at least 3 years. 4. Work in management level at least 3 years. 5. Good command in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) 6. Able to use Computer with Microsoft Office. 7. Have problem solving skill and be good leader. 8. Able to work under pressure. 9. Good interpersonal, excellent communication and leadership skills
