Assistant Construction Manager/Construction Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• required to work with a dynamic Nature Tour Company based in Chiang Mai. Must be able to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. Responsibilities • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory • Review the work progress on daily basis • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Thai nationality 2. Male/Female over 28 years old 3. Bachelor Degree or higher in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field 4. High sense of responsibility 5. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods 6. Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards 7. Understanding of all facets of the construction process 8. Familiarity with construction management software packages 9.Excellent time and project management skills 10.Excellent reading, writing, listening in English 11.Creative thinking and a team player 12.Ability to perform well under pressure 13.Be willing to travel within Thailand at short notice. 14.Clean and full driving license 15.Working experience in construction management
