Data & Business Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Collect data from various sources such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, POS, and CRM systems.
• Analyze and transform data to create reports and Dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
• Perform sales analysis from different perspectives, including product categories, sales channels, customers, and geographic regions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary data and manage incomplete data for analysis.
• Design data structures to support long-term usage and continuous report updates.
• Synthesize data and provide strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Support the development of KPIs that align with the context of SME businesses.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• Good understanding and experience in working with SMEs.
• Proficiency in using Power BI to create Dashboards and conduct sales analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization and capable of designing dashboards that communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of data management (Data Cleaning, Data Transformation), data model creation, and DAX formula writing.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or APIs is a plus.
• TOEIC score of 550 or higher, or good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and data synthesis skills for strategic decision-making.
