• Head of Customer Support HCS ensures the quick response and right solution for customer and potential customer by building teams and setting service strategy Responsibilities: -Setting service protocol including helpdesk, IT support, implement service, feedback collection system -Managing support channels, phone, social network or build-in software. -Building, manage, motivate customer support team including all above -Ensuring customer satisfaction and having the right use of product. -Setting goal and how to improve service level of the company, identify key metric and track an expected result. -Resolving customer problems that is out of hand of junior customer supports. -Collaborating with sale team and product team. -Collecting userful feedback from the customer and present to product development team.
