Responsible for solutions design and conduct demonstrations, presentations, proposals including proof of concepts.
Troubleshooting system problems and diagnosing and solving faults.
Installing and configuring Support for Network, Unified Communication, Audio & Visual, Electrical solutions.
Project Management and Coordination.
Work with Sales to developing potential business opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical or other related fields.
At least 2 years of NETWORK / AUDIO & VISUAL / SOUND ENGINEER Solution Pre-Sales or Post-Sales experience or the equivalent combination of consulting, technical, and related customer-facing activities.
Good command of English and Thai.
Capability to learn new technical and product knowledge.
Able to communicate Well and Clearly.
Passionate in learning and able to work well as a Team
Good ability to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions.
To be certified for Network , Infrastructure, Audio & Visual related certification would be advantageous.
Own transportation is preferable.
Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, and Subnetting.
Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, MikroTik, or Ubiquiti).
Knowledge of AV signal standards and protocols such as HDMI, SDI, HDBaseT, and AV over IP (Dante, NDI, or SDVoE)
Ability to set up and calibrate Audio systems (Mixers, DSPs) and Visual displays (LED Walls, Projectors).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematic diagrams (Single Line Diagrams).
Proficiency in using AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio for system design and documentation.
On-site troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage technical installations independently.
Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies in the converging fields of IT and Pro-AV.
