Develop every project plan, overseeing the entire construction project from initiation to completion and delivery.
Plan and schedule the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor required for the project.
Create and manage budgets, as well as estimate project costs.
Inspect, monitor, and generate progress reports for construction activities according to the project plan.
Plan and negotiate project manager for specific project phases.

Has civil engineering license level 1
More than 5-10 years of work experience as Construction manager in construction project
Experience in construction projects, factories, or warehouses will be considered a plus.
Willingness to travel for on-site inspections in different provinces. (Bangkok Metropolitan Region, Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Rayong, etc)
Good personality and leadership skill (Has to control sub-contractors)
Has car and driving license.
Intermediate of English
Can work on Saturday.
