• • Establish & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and courtesy during all sales transactions. • Achieve & exceed monthly performance targets. • Have a full understanding of & consistently demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products and services to existing and prospective customers. • Develop competitive product knowledge. • Work with other departments, as necessary, to deliver best service. • Report to National Sales Manager.
