Sales Staff

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Present about products to customers, follow up and be responsible for sales. Including expanding customer base and exploring competitor markets
• Manage documents RFQ, Quotation received from customers and can reply to customers. (Overseas and domestic customers)
• Manage internal documents such as export documents, quotations, and other related documents of customers.
• As a window to contact customers who have been assigned such as contacting about new jobs, complaints, Schedule new jobs
• Attend various meetings that have been contacted by customers or as assigned and Liaise between customers and within the company.
• Become a representative for Audit IATF16949 or receive Audit from customers who visit NCI(TH) in the Sales section.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor or the executives and in the part of KPI and Action Plan Sales as specified
• Create customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal to solve problems for customers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1.Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2. Work Experience: More than 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
• 4. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 5. Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
